Ambassador Orientation Sessions

Registration and attendance at a one hour Ambassador Orientation Session is mandatory in order for volunteers to get their accreditation badge and learn more about their role.

As volunteers, you are the “front-line” ambassadors and without your commitment, these Games simply would not be a reality. It is your enthusiasm, spirit and goodwill that will ensure that the athletes, coaches, officials and visitors will have a memorable time.

To ensure that all visitors receive accurate information about the games, we have prepared this manual to assist you in becoming familiar with the International Children’s Games and the related events and activities taking place in Kelowna. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the information in this manual prior to your volunteer experience. We all want to do our part to make this an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.  Please click below to download your manual.
