Kelowna 2011 Organizing Committee Chair, Heather Schneider, will officially welcome the City Delegations to the 5th International Children's Winter Games at the Welcome Luncheon, Wednesday January 26, at the Delta Grand Hotel.

Joining Chair Schneider at the Games kick-off luncheon will be City of Kelowna Mayor Sharon Shepherd and
