Competition Rules: Each city may enter a maximum of 4 girls and 4 boys and a minimum of 2. Each city may enter a maximum of two teams for the relays (boys, girls or mixed team: 2 girls and 2 boys). There will be events in the following competitions: 3.5 km Classic Technique, 3.5 km Free Technique, and 4 x 3.5 km Free Technique Relays. Participants will need to provide their own equipment (skis, shoes and poles).

Telemark Cross-Country Ski Club is a non-profit sports club dedicated to fostering and promoting the sport of Cross-Country skiing. The facility offers a modern, spacious chalet with heated washrooms and a snack bar. We have over 50 kilometres of groomed trails for both Classic and Skate skiing, 5 kilometres of lit trails, a biathlon range, 40 kilometers of snow shoe trails, ski and snow shoe rentals and lessons. We also offer a full range of programs and each year we host a range of events. Elevations range from 1000 metres at the Chalet to 1225 metres on the Crystal Rim Trail.
