Participating cities must register online. Once you have received the official invitation to particiapte from Kelowna and pay the I.C.G. Committee participation fee, appropriate passwords for the registration forms will be provided.
Participation and Registration steps:
1. Invitation received by visiting City from the Kelowna Games
2. Visiting City pays the I.C.G Committee the required participation fee
3. I.C.G Committee confirms visiting city’s eligibility to participate with host city
4. Host City sends registration information to visiting city
5. Visiting city registers for the games at host cities website (online)
6. Host city confirms registration

Currency
The currency in Canada is the Canadian Dollar.
Upon receiving the formal invitation letter for participation, each visiting city will be required to pay a registration fee of 250 Euros to the International Children's Games Committee before starting of the registration procedure. The payment of the registration fee must be done only by bank transfer.

Costs
Upon arrival, City Representatives/VIPs, will be requested to guarantee their hotel rooms by credit
card. Any additional room costs incurred by participants, e.g. additional room guests, telephone calls,
room service, internet services are the responsibility of the visiting city and should be settled with the
hotel before your departure.
A celebration of children's sports, the Games, calls youth from all over the world to meet each other and become friends in the context of a sports event held exclusively for them. Kelowna will host international youth, age 12 to 15, for a week of fun-filled games, sporting events, festivals, and more. Use your provided username and password to register your city today!
